Engineering Design & Development Maddens

HELLO!

My name is Koen Maddens, I have been 23 years active in the engineering world.

2018 was the year that I wanted to add a new goal to my career by starting my own engineering service. This new company which is called EDDM (Engineering Design & Development Maddens) I will manage next to my daily activity.

In order to understand better my qualifications and to see if this matches with your needs you will find below a description which explains my experiences that I gained over the years. Upon special request I can sent you also my curriculum vitae.

My first steps in the engineering were in the mold construction, I have been constructing molds for Bi component products and products with screw thread during 5 years.

Due to the experience I gained about tooling and plastics I was hired as a junior product design engineer for connectors within the automotive industries.

During the 15 years that I was in this business I have gained the following experiences: design, development, project management, production management. With my team we realized many projects with great success.

Although this was a wonderful time I decided in 2015 to return to my old passion which is engineering Design and Development. As this are the key words of my life they had to be included into my company name.
