EDDM was commissioned by ARRANGED BV, a specialist in liquid filtration, to help design a skid for filtering coatings at higher flow rates.
The skid is used in the graphics industry, where complex coatings (lacquers and inks) are filtered using this skid. It is a fully automatic installation that monitors pressures and stops the skid at the right time. One of the major problems was that the operators allowed the pressures to rise too high, which affected the properties of the filter negatively and thus the filtrate quality.
Where customers used to do 2 hours to filter 1000 liters of paint, this skid does it fully automatically in less than 30 minutes.

This weld caliber has been developed for the company Arranged.
This weld caliber enables to have welding process with a high accuracy between all separate components. A perfect parallelism between the flenses can be achieved with this calibre.
This weld caliber is built in a flexible way to be able to weld components with different dimensions.
